Dinner time! 🍵
So how about fresh pea soup with spirulina?
👩‍🍳 Ingredients:
1 onion;
1 teaspoong of spirulina;
1 drizzle of olive oil;
1 cup of peas;
1/2 cup coconut milk;
1 teaspoon of turmeric;
1 cc of freshly grated ginger;
Zest of a lemon;
Pinch of salt and chopped coriander.
Sauté the onion lightly with olive oil, ginger, and turmeric. Add the peas and continue cooking over low heat until the peas are tender (if using frozen peas, cook until they thaw).
Add the coconut milk and a little bit of water just to cover the peas. Let it cool and blend it finally adding spirulina from the azores.
Adjust salt and texture with a little bit of water or if you prefer more coconut milk. Serve with chopped coriander and lime zest.
