Ingredients:

• 400g of cooked chickpeas
• Water to cook the grain q.b
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons of tahini
• Juice of half a lemon
• Salt with 5essentia spirulina
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 dessert spoon of 5essentia spirulina

Preparation:

1. In a food processor add all the ingredients and crush until it becomes a cream.
