How about some energy lemon truffles with 5essentia spirulina azores? An Evagoodlife recipe! 😍
Here it goes:
Ingredients:
– 100g roasted almonds
– 20g of grated coconut
– 120g of dates (without stones)
– zest and juice of half a lemon
– 1 c. of cinnamon tea
– 1 c. of spirulina
– 1 c. of coconut oil tea
– pinch of salt
– powdered ginger q.s.
– Topping: grated coconut q.b and toasted sesame seeds (black or white).
1. Grind a little the grated coconut with the sesame seeds. Reserve.
2. Place the spirulina and the grated coconut in a food processor and grind for a few seconds.
3. Add the remaining ingredients and grind until you get a dough with some texture and moldable. if the
if the dough is too dry, add more coconut oil and/or a little water.
4. Shape into balls and wrap with coconut icing and sesame seeds.
