Nori, harvested from Graciosa Island, Azores. Whole and dehydrated.
With a very distinctive and smoky flavor, Sea Fingers are traditionally used in Azorean cuisine.
The thin, delicate strips can be easily reduced to flakes in their dehydrated form or rehydrated for 2 minutes.
Ideal for adding to scrambled eggs, omelets, salads, as a topping on rice or pasta, or in broth preparations.
5 g of dehydrated seaweed can be equivalent to up to 50 g of fresh seaweed.
This seaweed is rich in:
- Protein;
- Fiber;
- Vitamins A and B12;
- Iodine;
Seaweeds are naturally rich in iodine and salty.
