Dinner time! 🍵
So how about fresh pea soup with spirulina?
1 drizzle of olive oil;
1 cup of peas;
1/2 cup coconut milk;
1 Cc of turmeric;
1 cc of freshly grated ginger;
Zest of a file;
Qb salt and chopped coriander.
Sauté the onion lightly with olive oil, ginger and turmeric. Add the peas and continue cooking over a low heat until the peas are tender (if using frozen peas, cook until they thaw).
Add the coconut milk and a little water just to cover the peas. Let cool and grind by adding #spirulina from the azores.
Adjust salt and texture with a little water or if you prefer more coconut milk. Serve with chopped coriander and lime zest.
