Dulse, organic from Brittany-France. In flakes, dehydrated.
With a red color, iodized, sweet, and full-bodied flavor, and a fine, smooth texture. Enhances and aromatizes dishes when toasted or fried.

- 20 times more calcium than milk;
- 20 times more magnesium than dark chocolate;
Ideal for consuming hydrated and raw in salads, toasted as a snack, or as a topping on rice and pasta. Cooked or steamed for 15 minutes as a side dish. Dry grilled to enhance flavor.
Hydrate by rinsing for 5 seconds.
5 g of dehydrated seaweed can be equivalent to up to 50 g of fresh seaweed.
