Atlantic Trio

Atlantic Trio – a mix of Nori, Ulva, and Dulse seaweeds (Sea Fingers, Sea Lettuce, and Dulse), organic from Brittany-France. In flakes, dehydrated.

This is a super versatile, colorful, and flavorful mix that can be easily added to any preparation.
Ideal for consuming dry and raw in salads and vegetables, pâtés, as a topping for pasta and rice. Incorporate into purées, pies, quiches, scrambled eggs, soufflés.

5 g of dehydrated seaweed can be equivalent to up to 50 g of fresh seaweed.
Seaweeds are naturally rich in iodine and salty.

May contain traces of crustaceans, fish, mollusks, and gluten.
Ingredients: mix of seaweeds, Nori, Ulva, and Dulse 100%.
