With a neutral flavor, it is a natural and vegetable gelling agent.
The perfect ally for both sweet and savory preparations.
Usage: 1 level teaspoon (2 g) per 0.5 liters of water. Boil the mixture for 2 to 4 minutes to dissolve evenly. Let it cool slightly and incorporate it into the preparation you desire. Chill in the refrigerator to achieve the gelling effect.
